of <h1>LLP Winding Up Stay Order: Notify All Parties, File Certified Copy with Registrar in 15 Days Using Form 10.</h1> An application to stay winding up proceedings of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) must be notified to all parties involved in the winding up petition and any other persons as directed by the Tribunal. If the application is made by someone other than the Liquidator, the Liquidator must also be notified. Upon the issuance of a stay order, the applicant has fifteen days to file a certified copy with the Registrar using Form 10. The time required to obtain the certified copy is excluded from the fifteen-day period.
