An application for leave to commence or continue a suit against a Limited Liability Partnership in winding up must be made to the Tribunal with notice to the Liquidator and to the parties; an application to transfer a suit by or against the LLP pending in any court or tribunal other than the High Court or Supreme Court must similarly be made to the Tribunal with notice to the Liquidator and to the parties.
