<h1>Rule 122: Steps to Get Approval for Suits Involving LLPs During Winding Up or Dissolution</h1> Rule 122 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012, outlines the procedure for obtaining the Tribunal's permission to commence, continue, or transfer suits or proceedings involving a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). To initiate or continue a suit or proceeding against an LLP, an application must be submitted to the Tribunal with notice to the Liquidator and relevant parties. Similarly, to transfer any suit or proceeding involving an LLP, pending in any court other than the High Court or Supreme Court, a notice must be given to the Liquidator and involved parties.
