of <h1>Individuals can authorize Liquidator to redirect distributable sums in LLP winding up via written consent using Form No. 84, Rule 242.</h1> A person entitled to receive a distributable sum during the winding up of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) can authorize the Liquidator to pay this sum to another individual. This authorization must be submitted in writing and follow the specified format, Form No. 84, as outlined in Rule 242 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012.
