          <h1>Order for payment: liquidator may seek Tribunal payment orders against non paying partners after prescribed service and affidavit procedure.</h1> A partner's failure to pay sums demanded during winding up allows the liquidator to apply to the Tribunal for an order for payment against that partner or partners by summons supported by an affidavit; the application must be served on the partner by registered post or empanelled courier with the affidavit and requisite notice prior to the hearing, and the Tribunal's payment order is to be issued in the prescribed form.
