Adjournment power allows meeting adjournment with consent; venue remains same unless resolution or tribunal directs otherwise. The Chairman may, with the consent of partners or creditors present, adjourn a meeting; the adjourned meeting must be at the same place unless a resolution specifies another place or the Tribunal orders otherwise, and adjournments are permitted only for compelling circumstances recorded in a speaking order by the Chairman.
