Partner liability: Tribunal can order partners to pay LLP debts, including outstanding or unrecovered contributions. After a winding up order, the Tribunal may direct any partner on the list of partners to pay monies due to the LLP, including outstanding, unrealized or unrecovered contributions, from the partner personally or from the estate of the person he represents, in the manner the order specifies.
