Application of the Code: it governs LLP winding-up and dissolution proceedings except where the Act or rules provide otherwise. Unless the Act or these Rules provide otherwise, the provisions of the Code apply to all proceedings under the Act and the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012, thereby incorporating the Code's procedural framework into LLP winding up and dissolution matters.
