Payment of distributable sum may be sanctioned without succession certificate subject to Tribunal approval and personal indemnity.

Where a claim for a distributable sum due to a deceased creditor or a return of contribution due to a deceased partner is of low value, the liquidator may, after verifying the claimant's right, apply to the Tribunal to permit payment or return without a succession certificate, and where the Tribunal sanctions it the liquidator shall make payment upon obtaining a personal indemnity from the payee.
