Proxies lodging requirement: must be delivered to the liquidator or designated recipient before the meeting in winding up. Proxies must be deposited within the prescribed pre-meeting period with the appropriate recipient: the Liquidator in winding up by the Tribunal; the LLP liquidator in voluntary winding up; or, if no LLP liquidator exists, the person named in the notice convening the meeting to receive proxies.
