Filing of resolutions: Liquidator must file certified copies of creditors' or partners' meeting resolutions for official record. The Liquidator must file with the Tribunal a copy certified by him of every resolution passed at a meeting of creditors or partners, and the Registrar shall keep in each case a file of such certified resolutions.
