of <h1>Authorized officers, partners, and creditors can inspect LLP liquidation files upon charge payment, subject to rule exceptions.</h1> Every authorized officer of the Central Government, and any partner or creditor of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) undergoing liquidation, is entitled to inspect the liquidation proceedings file. This right is granted upon payment of specified charges and allows for the inspection and extraction of copies from documents within the file. Partners and creditors whose claims have been admitted can also access these files under the same conditions. These provisions are subject to any exceptions outlined in the rules.
