        Advertisement requirement for petitions: newspapers in English and regional language unless member dispenses with advertising. Rule 87 requires that where a petition must be advertised it be published, unless the Member otherwise orders or the rules provide, not less than seven days before hearing in one issue each of a daily English newspaper and a daily regional language newspaper circulating in the relevant State or Union territory; except for LLP winding up petitions, the Member may dispense with any required advertisement.
