of <h1>Liquidator Must Notify Creditors of Debt Proof Decision Within 45 Days; Rejections Require Reasons in Form No. 47.</h1> The liquidator must communicate the acceptance or rejection of a creditor's proof of debt in writing within 45 days from the deadline for proving debts. Acceptance or rejection, whether partial or complete, must be sent via letter post or registered post. If rejected, the reasons must be provided using Form No. 47. Notice of acceptance is not required for creditors present at the time of acceptance, but if necessary, it should be communicated using Form No. 48. Communication of acceptance can also be made through an empanelled courier agency.
