Duty to assist Liquidator: contributors to the statement of affairs must attend, answer queries, and provide further information. Persons who have made or concurred in the LLP's statement of affairs must, when required, attend before the Liquidator, answer all questions posed, and provide any further information the Liquidator requires in relation to the statement of affairs.
