Summons for direction requires filing a summons to obtain Member directions on advertising, notices and proceedings. When a petition is presented an application with a summons in Form No. 19 must be filed to seek the Member's directions on advertisement of the petition, notices to be served and proceedings to be taken; the petition is to be posted for hearing at the next sitting where the Member may make orders and give directions.
