Certificate of final settlement must be filed within seven days after list settlement using the prescribed Form No.52. Within seven days after the list of partners is finally settled under rule 162, the Liquidator must file in the Tribunal a certificate of the list as finally settled by him, in the prescribed Form No. 52.
