Costs of Provisional Liquidator are payable from LLP assets subject to Tribunal order and applicable official fee scale. Subject to any order of the Tribunal, all costs, charges and expenses properly incurred by the Liquidator, as Provisional Liquidator, including such sum as is or would be payable under the scale of fees applicable where the Official Liquidator acts as the Provisional liquidator of the LLP, shall be paid out of the assets of the LLP.
