of <h1>Liquidator Must Serve Demand Notice to LLP Partner via Registered Post as Per Rule 15, Allowing 14 Days Compliance.</h1> The Liquidator must serve a demand notice to a partner of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) using registered or speed post, or other methods outlined in Rule 15 of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules 2009. The notice should be in Form No. 63 and must specify the amount owed by the partner, allowing a minimum period of fourteen days for compliance. This requirement is part of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012.
