Service of notice requires Form No.77 served seven days before hearing; opposition affidavits filed and served two days prior. Notice of the hearing date must be given in Form No.77 and served not less than seven days before the hearing with the summons and supporting affidavit; the notice must require any affidavit-in-opposition to be filed in the Tribunal and a copy served on the Liquidator not later than two days before the hearing.
