Minutes of proceedings must be prepared and signed; attendance list of creditors and partners retained as Form No.60.

The chairman must cause minutes of the proceedings at the meeting to be drawn up, fairly entered in the minutes book and signed by him or by the chairman of the next meeting; a list of creditors and partners present at every meeting must be made and kept in Form No.60.
