<h1>Electronic Filing Required for LLP Winding Up Documents; Fees May Be Waived Under Certain Conditions Per 2012 Rules.</h1> Under the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012, any notice, document, form, resolution, or order required by these rules must be filed electronically with the Registrar, accompanied by a fee as specified in the Annexure. The Central Government may waive this fee if deemed appropriate in cases of winding up by the Tribunal. Additionally, no fee is required if a liquidator certifies that an LLP undergoing liquidation by Tribunal order lacks funds.
