of <h1>Liquidator Must Seek Tribunal Directions Within 7 Days Under LLP Winding Up Rules, 2012, Rule 136</h1> Under Rule 136 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012, a liquidator must promptly, and within seven days of filing a report under Rule 34(1), seek directions from the Tribunal regarding their duties under Rule 41. This includes the settlement of the list of creditors and partners. The Tribunal, upon hearing the liquidator, may issue directions as deemed appropriate concerning these matters.
