Service of petition requires serving the respondent and other mandated persons, with the petition copy provided with the notice. Every petition under the LLP (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules must be served on the named respondent and on any other persons required by the Act or Rules or as directed by a Member or the Registrar of the Tribunal, and, unless otherwise ordered, a copy of the petition must be served along with the notice of the petition.
