of <h1>Application to Void LLP Dissolution Requires Notice to Central Government & Registrar; File Order Copy Within 30 Days</h1> An application to declare the dissolution of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) void must be made with notice to the Central Government and the Registrar. If the Tribunal declares the dissolution void, the applicant is required to file a certified copy of the order with the Registrar within thirty days from the date of the order. The time taken to obtain the certified copy is excluded from the thirty-day period.
