Affidavit in reply must be filed before the hearing and served on the opposing affidavit filer or their counsel. An affidavit in reply must be filed not less than two days before the hearing and a copy served on the day of filing on the person who filed the affidavit in opposition or on that person's advocate, pleader, or authorised representative.
