The Member sets a hearing date and provides instructions on advertising the petition and notifying relevant parties. The Member may also require notice to be given to the LLP before directing how the petition should be advertised. These procedures are outlined in Rule 102 of the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012.
