Inherent powers of the Tribunal preserved to ensure ends of justice and prevent abuse of process. Rule 73 provides that nothing in the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012 shall be deemed to limit or affect the Tribunal's inherent powers to make orders necessary for the ends of justice or to prevent abuse of the Tribunal's process, preserving the Tribunal's residual authority despite the statutory rules.
