Form of proceedings requires prescribed written format, numbered paragraphs and specific heading, with prescribed fees and tribunal timetable. Proceedings in LLP winding up matters must be written, typewritten or printed legibly on substantial foolscap paper in duplicate with sheets stitched, consecutively numbered and dated, divided into serially numbered paragraphs, and instituted in the matter of the LLP(s) with the general heading in Form No. 16; numeric dates and corresponding English calendar dates where applicable must be shown. Tribunal sitting hours are stipulated but may be modified by the Chairperson or President, and fees on applications or petitions are as specified in the Annexure.
