of <h1>LLP Documents Must Be Clear, Numbered, and Follow Form No. 16; Fees Listed in Annexure.</h1> All petitions, applications, affidavits, and proceedings for Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) matters must be written, typewritten, or printed clearly on substantial foolscap-size paper in duplicate. Documents should be numbered, dated, and divided into serially numbered paragraphs. Proceedings must be instituted in the name of the relevant LLP(s) and follow Form No. 16 for headings. Tribunal sitting hours are 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, subject to orders from the Chairperson or President. Application or petition fees are detailed in the Annexure.
