<h1>Notice of LLP Winding-Up Order: Registrar Must Send Sealed Notice to Liquidator with Petition and Affidavit Copies.</h1> When a winding-up order or appointment of a Provisional Liquidator for a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is issued, the Tribunal's Registrar must promptly send a notice of the order to the appointed Liquidator. This notice, sealed by the Tribunal, is provided in duplicate using Form No. 31 or 32. It includes a copy of the petition, any supporting affidavit, and the Statement of Affairs filed with the petition or during opposition. The concerned Registrar must also receive a copy of the order.
