Carriage of domestic cargo on international flights allowed subject to customs supervision and segregation requirements. Domestic carriage of cargo on international flights is permitted provided airlines assign separate storage space, receive consignments during Customs hours, mark and colour-code ULDs and domestic tags, load and unload under Customs supervision with segregated stowage, and arrange delivery at destination; transhipment of international cargo requires adherence to prescribed procedures and bonds or guarantees unless exempted, while domestic cargo carried under these conditions does not require separate bond and noncompliance may invite penalties and withdrawal of facility under the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009.
