Submit within two months of arrival.</h1> Exclusion from Import General Manifests (IGMs) of items originally listed is allowed only upon application by the person who filed the IGM, supported by documentary evidence of short shipment. A fee is required for such amendments. Changes involving a reduction in the number of packages or weight are permitted if proven to be initially erroneous. Applications for items with noted Bills of Entry must be submitted within two months of the vessel's arrival and will be processed by the Manifest Clearance Section. Additionally, an IGM for a vessel must include an application for Entry Inwards.
