            <h1>Single Window integration accelerates customs clearance by enabling electronic agency release orders and paperless processing.</h1> The Single Window links Customs ICES with Participating Government Agencies to enable electronic transmission of Bill of Entry messages and receipt of electronic Release Orders; Customs will not grant Out of Charge until required ROs are received, accepts electronic ROs in lieu of physical copies, and allows automated waiver of agency testing. Complementary measures require mandatory uploading of invoices and transport contracts to eSanchit, digital signatures for filing customs documents, electronic forwarding of test memos to CRCL and reduced hard-copy manifest/IGM requirements.
