            <h1>Customs Clearance Facilitation Committee to secure expeditious customs clearance and resolve trade grievances through inter-agency coordination.</h1> The Customs Clearance Facilitation Committee (CCFC) at each major seaport and airport, chaired by the Chief Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs, comprises senior functionaries of regulatory and stakeholder agencies and is tasked with ensuring and monitoring expeditious clearance of imported and export goods, identifying and resolving procedural and infrastructure bottlenecks, initiating Time Release Studies, recommending best practices, and resolving trade grievances, meeting at least weekly and subject to periodic review by senior Customs leadership.
