            <h1>Transshipment under courier mode: intra station cargo transfers treated as local movement subject to commissioner's procedures.</h1> The facility for transshipment of goods is available under courier mode pursuant to the Customs Act framework and the Goods Imported (Conditions of Transhipment) Regulations, 1995. Consignments arriving by courier that require movement to a cargo terminal within the same airport are treated as a local movement between customs areas of the same Customs station and are governed by the local procedure established by the jurisdictional Commissioner of Customs.
