of <h1>AEO Programme: Incomplete Applications Need Correction Within 30 Days; One-Year Wait for Revoked Status Reapplication per Circular 33/2016-Customs.</h1> Applications for the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Programme are acknowledged and recorded in a database. Incomplete or deficient applications must be corrected within 30 days. The AEO Programme Manager will not process applications that are incomplete, submitted by non-legal entities, lack a nominated responsible person, involve applicants in bankruptcy, or have had previous AEO status revoked. Resubmission is permitted once deficiencies are rectified, except for revoked status, which requires a one-year waiting period before reapplication, as per Circular 33/2016-Customs.
