            <h1>Acknowledgement of AEO applications: incomplete or deficient filings returned; resubmission barred until specified conditions met.</h1> AEO Programme applications are to be acknowledged and recorded; incomplete or deficient applications will be notified within thirty days. The AEO Programme Manager will not process applications until deficiencies are rectified: incomplete submissions; applications not made by the legal person; absence of a nominated responsible person; applicants subject to bankruptcy proceedings; and applications by previously revoked AEO status holders, who are barred from reapplying for the period prescribed in paragraph 5.7.3.
