            <h1>Paperless export duty credit scrips restricted to EDI ports; physical scrips and TRA remain for non-EDI ports.</h1> DGFT now issues paperless electronic MEIS/SEIS duty credit scrips for exporters registered at EDI-enabled ports, and those electronic scrips are not accompanied by a TRA and are usable only at EDI ports. DGFT continues to issue physical scrips on security paper for non-EDI ports, with TRA facility available for using those physical scrips at other EDI or non-EDI ports.
