Entry of export goods to customs area requires checklist and declarations, with custodian endorsement of received quantities. Entry of goods for export into the customs area is authorised on the basis of the exporter's checklist and other declarations filed at the Service Center. Upon receipt, the custodian must record and endorse the actual quantity of goods received on the reverse of the checklist, creating a contemporaneous record of cargo receipt.
