            <h1>Preventive supervision of container stuffing permits 'Shipped on Board' endorsement; palletization follows LEO and loading permission required.</h1> Container stuffing at docks and loading of containerized and bulk cargo are to be carried out under Preventive supervision; the supervising Customs Preventive Officer may give a 'Shipped on Board' endorsement on the exporter's copy of the Shipping Bill. Palletization is carried out after grant of the Let Export Order (LEO) and does not require separate customs permission, though permission for loading onto the aircraft or vessel must be obtained.
