These MRAs involve mutual recognition of security requirements, validation processes, and accredited entities within each other's supply chain security programs. Under an MRA, certified companies, known as Authorized Economic Operators (AEOs), are recognized as secure entities by the participating customs administrations. Consequently, goods imported from these companies benefit from expedited clearance processes both domestically and internationally.
