SEZ export permissions allow units to ship approved goods and by-products under the Letter of Approval, excluding prohibited items. SEZ units may export goods and services in accordance with the terms of their Letter of Approval, including agro products, partly processed goods, subassemblies and components, except for items prohibited under the Import Trade Control (Harmonized System) Classification; units may also export by products, rejects, waste and scrap arising from the manufacturing process.
