<h1>Customs Broker License Applications Open: Submit Form A with Fee and Meet Eligibility Criteria this April</h1> Applications for a Customs Broker license are invited annually by the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics (NACIN) in April. Applicants must submit Form A with a fee to the relevant Customs Commissioner. Eligibility requires Indian citizenship, mental soundness, financial viability, and educational qualifications such as a graduate degree and professional certification or experience. Applicants must not have a criminal record or penalties under relevant tax laws. Retired Group A officers with five years of service in the Indian Revenue Service are also eligible.
