Warehousing bond cancellation: discharge and return follow clearance, export, transfer, accounting for goods and payment of dues. Cancellation and return of a warehousing bond occurs when all goods covered by the bond have been cleared for home consumption, exported, transferred, or otherwise duly accounted for and all amounts due have been paid; the proper officer shall cancel the bond as discharged in full and, on demand, deliver the cancelled bond to the person who executed it or is entitled to receive it.
