            <h1>Automated IPR monitoring integrates customs recordation with risk targeting to interdict suspected infringing imports and facilitate trade</h1> The Automatic Recordation & Targeting System (ARTS) integrates IPR enforcement with customs clearance by providing a web-based platform for right holders to record rights, creating a centralized national database accessible to customs officers, and enabling national targeting of suspect consignments. ARTS accommodates recordation and targeting of Trade Marks, Copyright, Designs and Geographical Indications and interfaces with the Customs Risk Management System (RMS) so that consignments suspected of infringement are interdicted through RMS-driven targeting.
