            <h1>Applicants for AEO Certificate must use specific annexures per Circular No. 33/2016-Customs, with online filing for AEO-T1.</h1> Applicants seeking an AEO Certificate under the CBEC's Customs Manual 2023 must submit their applications for AEO-T1, AEO-T2, AEO-T3, or AEO-LO using the specified annexures from Circular No. 33/2016-Customs, as amended. Only relevant annexures need to be completed and submitted. Applications should be sent to the jurisdictional Customs Chief Commissioner or the AEO Programme Manager at the Directorate of International Customs in New Delhi. For AEO T1, applications must be filed online at www.aeoindia.gov.in. This process is further detailed in Circular No. 51/2018-Customs.
