Only relevant annexures need to be completed and submitted. Applications should be sent to the jurisdictional Customs Chief Commissioner or the AEO Programme Manager at the Directorate of International Customs in New Delhi. For AEO T1, applications must be filed online at www.aeoindia.gov.in. This process is further detailed in Circular No. 51/2018-Customs.
