            <h1>Enclosures to Import General Manifest require specified declarations and certificates to accompany IGM forms under IMO-FAL standards.</h1> The Customs Manual requires that IGM forms, designed according to the IMO-FAL Convention and filed in prescribed sizes, be accompanied by specified enclosures: deck cargo declaration/certificate; last port clearance copy; amendment application when relevant; income tax certificate for export cargo; nil export cargo certificate; Port Trust 'No Demand' certificate; immigration certificate; and, where relevant, applications for crew sign-on/sign-off and crew baggage checking.
