<h1>Customs Officers Authorized to Board and Inspect Conveyances Under Sections 37 and 38 of the Customs Act, 1962.</h1> Section 37 of the Customs Act, 1962 authorizes customs officers to board any conveyance transporting imported or exported goods. Section 38 further empowers these officers to require the person in charge of the conveyance to answer questions or produce documents related to the conveyance.
