Waiver of interest for warehoused goods permits administrative waivers, class exemptions, and charging from order date. Section 61(2) empowers the Board to waive wholly or partly interest on warehoused goods in exceptional circumstances and public interest; to notify classes of goods exempt from interest; and to notify classes for which interest is chargeable from the date a proper officer has made an order under the related warehousing provision.
