Occupational safety code bars civil-court jurisdiction and injunctions for matters to which it applies under the Code. Section 125 bars civil court jurisdiction over any matter to which the Occupational Safety, Health And Working Conditions Code applies and prohibits civil courts from granting injunctions in respect of anything done or intended to be done under the Code.
