Employment of women: government may require employers to provide safeguards before assigning women to dangerous operations. If the appropriate Government considers employment of women in an establishment, class of establishments, or particular hazardous processes dangerous to their health or safety due to the operations, it may require the employer, in the prescribed manner, to provide adequate safeguards before employing women for such operations.
