Journey allowance: employers must pay inter state migrant workers an annual lump sum fare for a round trip to their native place. Section 61 requires the employer to pay each inter-State migrant worker a yearly lump-sum fare for a round trip to the worker's native place, with entitlement, periodicity, class of travel, minimum service for entitlement, and other matters to be prescribed by the appropriate Government.
